SHIPPING POLICY


1. Shipment Processing Time

Processing time refers to the time required to prepare your order for shipment. Once your payment is authorized and verified, orders are typically processed within 3 business days. Some orders may ship as quickly as 1 day, while others may take up to 4 business days depending on stock levels and order volume.

If we experience delays or require additional information, we will contact you directly.

 

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Delivery timeframes are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch, not the order date. Timelines may vary depending on carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Domestic &International Shipping 

 

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your region and the weight of your order. Delivery times vary by destination.


3. Delivery Notes

 

  • Business days are Monday–Friday (excluding public holidays).
  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
  • Orders containing multiple items may arrive separately.
  • Delivery dates may vary depending on carrier delays, destination, method of delivery, and product availability.
  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

4. Tracking Information

We aim to provide full visibility throughout the shipping process.


  • All domestic orders include tracking automatically.
  • International shipments are sent through Australia Post and include tracking unless otherwise requested.
  • If alternative shipping arrangements are requested, tracking may not be available and GHLAM Pty Ltd will not be responsible for lost or undelivered parcels.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email.

5. International Customs, Duties & Taxes

Orders shipped outside Australia may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes imposed by the destination country. These fees are not included in your purchase price.

  • Customers are responsible for all customs charges, taxes, and additional import fees.
  • GHLAM Pty Ltd does not profit from these charges and has no control over them.
  • Customs inspections may delay delivery times.

By placing an international order, you agree to pay any associated import duties, taxes, levies, fees, or other costs required by your country.


6. Missing or Lost Packages

If your tracking information states that your order has been delivered but you cannot locate it, we recommend checking:

  • Nearby areas or safe-drop locations
  • With household members
  • With neighbors
  • Around mailrooms or reception areas (for apartments)
